Get set up in an afternoon

1 · Create your shop
Hit "Try for free", sign up, and your shop exists. Add your logo and contact details in Settings whenever you like — they appear on quotes, collection cards and your customer tracking page.
2 · Put your prices in
Add your moulding, mount and glass prices — or import a supplier CSV — and set your labour and markup once. From then on every quote calculates itself.
3 · Run your first job
Take a real order: quote it, book it, print the label, move it across the production board, and mark it collected. That one job teaches you 90% of FrameFlow.

Do I need to install anything?
No. FrameFlow runs entirely in your browser, with no downloads and no IT setup. Log in from the counter, the workshop, or your phone.
Can I use my own supplier prices?
Upload your supplier price lists as a CSV, and every quote is calculated live using your real costs, discounts, and markups.
Does it work on a tablet at the counter?
The whole interface is touch-friendly, so you can take orders and update job stages from a tablet or phone as easily as a desktop.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's your data. Get in touch any time and we'll send a full copy of your customers, jobs, and quotes, no questions asked.
